The iJoy XP100K Is Not Your Typical 100K-Puff Vape

The phrase “iJoy Vape” is getting fresh search attention, and the timing lines up with one of the brand’s more unusual recent releases: the iJoy XP100K.

At first glance, the name makes the product sound simple.

100K = a disposable that advertises up to 100,000 puffs.

But that is not really the interesting part.

The XP100K uses a three-part format:

prefilled pod + rechargeable power bank + additional e-liquid bottle

That makes it very different from a traditional disposable where the battery, coil, and entire liquid supply stay permanently sealed inside one device.

So the better question is:

How does the iJoy XP100K actually work — and what makes it different from the high-capacity disposables shoppers already know?

What Is the iJoy XP100K?

iJoy describes the XP100K as a high-capacity disposable pod system.

The system combines:

an 18mL prefilled disposable pod
a 300mAh battery built into the pod
a detachable 1200mAh rechargeable power bank
an additional 15mL bottle of matching e-liquid
a 0.4Ω dual-mesh coil
adjustable airflow
two power modes
a smart digital display

The pod itself is listed at 50mg nicotine.

Vapor Empire currently carries both the complete iJoy XP100K Disposable + 15mL LIQ Salt and the iJoy XP100K Pod Disposable + 15mL LIQ Salt.

That distinction is important.

One listing is for the full XP100K setup, while the other gives existing XP100K users a replacement pod-and-liquid option.

How Does the iJoy XP100K System Work?

The easiest way to understand the XP100K is to look at each component separately.

iJoy XP100K three-part system: 18mL prefilled pod, 1200mAh power bank and 15mL LIQ Salt bottle for 33mL total

The Disposable Pod

The pod arrives with 18mL of e-liquid already inside.

It has its own 300mAh battery, 0.4Ω dual-mesh coil, adjustable airflow, and the vaping components needed to operate the pod.

The Power Bank

The detachable power bank contains a larger 1200mAh battery.

It recharges through USB-C and is used to recharge the smaller battery inside the pod.

This means the power component can stay with you even when you eventually move to another compatible XP100K pod.

The Additional 15mL Bottle

The complete setup also comes with an additional 15mL bottle of matching LIQ Salt.

Combined with the 18mL already inside the pod, that gives the kit 33mL of e-liquid across the prefilled pod and included bottle.

That additional liquid is one of the main reasons the XP100K format is different from most sealed disposables.

Why Use a Pod and Power Bank Instead of One Large Device?

A device capable of supporting a very high advertised puff count needs both significant liquid capacity and enough battery support to use it.

iJoy solves that problem by separating the system.

Instead of putting one very large battery into the disposable pod, the XP100K uses:

300mAh pod battery + 1200mAh detachable power bank

The power bank can recharge the pod as needed.

This keeps the pod itself relatively compact while giving the overall system more available battery capacity.

It also means that when you move to a replacement XP100K pod, the power bank does not necessarily need to be replaced at the same time.

That makes the XP100K closer to a hybrid between a disposable and a reusable pod system than a conventional one-piece disposable.

How Does the XP100K Reach an Advertised 100,000 Puffs?

There is no single component responsible for the number.

The XP100K combines several design choices:

18mL of prefilled e-liquid
an additional 15mL bottle
33mL of total available e-liquid across the kit
rechargeable pod-and-power-bank system
dual-mesh heating
adjustable airflow
selectable power modes

Together, those features support the device’s extended-use design.

Formula graphic showing how 18mL pod, 15mL extra liquid, power bank, dual mesh coil and power controls add up to the iJoy XP100K 100,000 advertised puffs

But the same rule we use with every high-puff product still applies:

100,000 puffs is an advertised maximum, not a guaranteed personal result.

How many draws someone actually gets can vary depending on puff duration, frequency of use, airflow, power mode, and liquid consumption.

The puff number is useful for understanding the intended capacity class.

It should not be treated like an exact odometer.

What Do the Two Power Modes Change?

iJoy lists the XP100K with two output settings:

22W and 26W.

Current product specifications commonly identify these as Normal and Boost-style operating modes.

The important thing for shoppers is not just the names.

Higher output generally uses more energy and may vaporize more liquid during a draw.

That means the way you operate the device can influence how quickly its available liquid is consumed.

This is another reason the 100K number should not be evaluated by itself.

Puff count and power settings are connected.

What Does the 0.4Ω Dual-Mesh Coil Do?

The XP100K uses a 0.4Ω dual-mesh coil.

Mesh coils use a mesh heating surface rather than a simple traditional wire coil.

In this case, iJoy uses a dual-mesh design as part of a device intended for extended use.

That matters because a high-capacity product has to do more than perform well when it is first opened.

Its heating system also has to work across a much larger available liquid supply.

The dual-mesh design is therefore part of the XP100K’s overall high-capacity architecture.

It does not independently guarantee a certain puff count.

Is the iJoy XP100K Actually Refillable?

This is where terminology can get confusing.

The XP100K is still marketed as a disposable system, but its pod is designed to be refilled with the included 15mL bottle of matching liquid.

So this is not the same experience as buying a permanently sealed disposable and throwing it away when the original liquid supply ends.

At the same time, it is not designed like a traditional open pod system where the main idea is repeatedly choosing any bottled e-liquid you want.

The XP100K is better understood as a controlled refill / replacement-pod format built around the included matching liquid and XP100K ecosystem.

That distinction is important because it explains why iJoy can combine disposable convenience with a much higher total available liquid capacity.

iJoy XP100K vs XP50000: What Actually Changed?

Vapor Empire also carries the iJoy XP50000 Disposable, making it a useful point of comparison.

The XP50000 is a more conventional rechargeable high-capacity disposable.

Its current Vapor Empire listing shows a 20mL capacity and advertised capacity of up to 50,000 puffs.

The XP100K takes a different approach.

	XP50000	XP100K
Format	Traditional all-in-one	Detachable pod + power bank
E-liquid	20mL	18mL prefilled pod + 15mL bottle (33mL across the kit)
Advertised puffs	Up to 50,000	Up to 100,000
Rechargeable	Yes	Yes (power bank recharges the pod)
Structure	Simpler device structure	Replacement-pod ecosystem

So the XP100K is not simply an XP50000 with the puff number doubled.

The architecture changed too.

That is the more interesting upgrade.

iJoy XP50000 vs XP100K: how the iJoy vape format changed from an all-in-one 20mL disposable to a modular pod system

Is a More Modular Disposable Automatically Better?

No.

It depends on what you want.

The XP100K gives you more components than a conventional disposable.

That creates advantages, but it also means the product requires a little more understanding.

The XP100K May Fit You Better If You:

want a high-capacity format
like the idea of keeping the rechargeable power bank
are comfortable replacing pods
do not mind using the included additional liquid
prefer one system designed for extended use

A Traditional Disposable May Fit You Better If You:

want the simplest possible setup
do not want separate parts
prefer changing flavors more frequently
want to replace the entire device when finished

More modular does not automatically mean more convenient for everyone.

What Does the Smart Display Actually Help With?

The XP100K includes a digital display as part of the power-bank system.

On a product designed for longer-term use, that information becomes more useful.

Current XP100K specifications indicate that the display can help users monitor device information including battery status and operating mode.

That matters because:

the system has separate pod and power-bank batteries
the pod can require recharging during use
the device has more than one power setting

A display therefore has a practical purpose here.

It helps make a more complicated system easier to understand.

What Should You Check Before Buying an iJoy XP100K?

Because this is not a standard one-piece disposable, there are a few things worth checking first.

1. Are You Buying the Full Kit or a Replacement Pod?

This is the most important distinction.

If you do not already have the XP100K power bank, make sure you are choosing the full setup rather than only the pod replacement.

2. Do You Want a Modular System?

The XP100K involves a pod, power bank, and additional liquid.

If your priority is absolute simplicity, another disposable format may suit you better.

3. Are You Comfortable With the Flavor Commitment?

With up to 33mL available across the original pod and included bottle, you may be using the same flavor for a considerable period.

Choose accordingly.

4. Remember That 100K Is an Advertised Maximum

Individual results vary depending on usage.

5. Check Local Availability

Vape-product availability is increasingly affected by state-level rules.

Do not assume a product available in one location can automatically be sold or shipped everywhere.

Are iJoy Products Available in Every State?

No.

There is at least one important current exception.

On September 9, 2026, the Indiana Alcohol and Tobacco Commission issued a notice identifying iJoy and LIO products—including the XP100K and XP50000—as foreign-adversary products under Indiana law.

Indiana tobacco certificate holders were instructed to remove those products from inventory.

That is an Indiana-specific restriction.

It should not be interpreted as a nationwide ban on iJoy products.

For shoppers elsewhere, availability still depends on applicable state and local rules and the retailer’s shipping policies.

This is why current checkout eligibility matters more than assuming national availability from a product page alone.

Why Is the iJoy XP100K Getting Attention?

The interesting part of the XP100K is not just that the number on the package reached six figures.

It is how iJoy got there.

High-capacity vape design is moving beyond simply putting more e-liquid into a larger sealed disposable.

Products like the XP100K increasingly combine:

detachable power components
replaceable pods
rechargeable batteries
additional liquid
digital displays
adjustable settings

That starts to blur the traditional line between a disposable and a pod system.

The XP100K is a clear example of that change.

The Bottom Line

So how does the iJoy XP100K work?

It combines an 18mL prefilled disposable pod, 300mAh pod battery, detachable 1200mAh power bank, additional 15mL bottle, 0.4Ω dual-mesh coil, adjustable airflow, and two power modes.

Together, the prefilled pod and included bottle provide 33mL of available e-liquid across the kit.

That modular design is what makes the XP100K different.

The 100,000-puff claim gets attention, but the more important story is how the product is built to support extended use.

If you want the simplest possible disposable, the XP100K may be more system than you need.

If you like high-capacity products and the idea of keeping a rechargeable power bank while replacing the pod, it offers a genuinely different format from a traditional one-piece disposable.
